Okay, we are now nearing the expected D-day - where the house of cards will come crashing down. People will find what they thought was built with mortar and brick was actually nothing but paper (worthless) and a house built by it perilously stacked one on top of another, without a real base or foundation. This house has been shaking for a year, one quake after another hitting it, but those who built it were able to move one card to another place to keep the house- though hurt, but in tack - able to still hide there was no foundation built. Well, we are now at the time, where the general public (those who have only believed MSM and have not paid attention)are going to be shocked and dismayed when they find out the house of cards has tumbled down around them,when a wind blows - as they were unaware it was about to happen.
What am I talking about D-day = Derivatives!! Yep, that elusive word, that confuses people, as it is a very complicated Wall Street Creation and very few understand what it really is, as MSM does not explain it in detail.
Okay, now let me explain it - in my own words - as I have understood it, through my research.
Derivatives Meaning = Lets say: A bank has a deposit of $1000 - they are suppose to only lend up to 90% of that deposit out. So they then lend $900 out to someone, now they add that $900 loan to "deposits" - because it is seen as money in the bank. So, now they took that $1000 and made it to $1900 as deposits. So now they are able to loan 90% of $1900 - so they loan $1710 to someone else. Once that happens, again they can add that $1710 as money in the bank. The cycles goes on and on - until the reality is quadtrillion - some say quintrillions is loaned out - in money that is not actually there. Thus we have a house of cards that has no base and that is WHY the banks - don't actually have all the money that are in deposits in the banks. So that means - what you think you have in the bank in the form of money - is NOT THERE!
Are you with me? Do you understand how Derivatives work now - in the most simple terms? Do you now understand, banks have not put those derivatives on their books - but come Sept. 30th 2009 - due to new banking standards - derivatives need to be put on the books and when that happens - the banking industry will most likely come crashing down.

Brokered deposits Requirements prohibiting banks that are considered to be less than “well capitalized” from renewing brokered deposits or seeking new brokered deposits creates immediate funding and liquidity problems for banks that can least afford them. There are reasonable ways to lessen the impact without increasing risk to the deposit insurance fund or artificially distorting the local deposit market. One possible helpful easing of the regulation would allow “adequately capitalized” banks to renew maturing brokered deposits but continue to prohibit them from acquiring new brokered deposits. This would allow some funding stability for the bank without increasing the potential cost to the deposit insurance fund. If the statute cannot be changed regarding brokered deposits, banks having to shed those deposits should be allowed to reduce their reliance over a longer period of time than simply upon renewal. If the FDIC could require an orderly reduction of brokered deposits of perhaps 10% per quarter or some other reasonable number, the impact would less.

I wouldn't go over board with survival gear over an upcoming Bank Holiday this year. In another year survial gear might be needed. We'll have to see how far down into the abyss we get. I suspect any Bank Holidays this year will be no worse than the Argentina experience: Everything pretty much keeps running for a while on good will and habit but people can't get any money out of the banks for a month. Then when the banks reopen there are new rules regulating how much you are allowed to withdraw, for example $200 a week. They may also during this holiday period devalue the dollar so one dollar is now worth a tenth of a euro on the international markets.

POLITICAL FOIBLES
This nation is divided into three political types - Democrats, Republicans, and Independents. Both Democrats and Republicans are dogmatic slaves to a party line and to specious and strongly held political policies and rigid etched in stone political doctrines. Liberal Democrats in the main have set the course for social deviancy and the moral looseness of the nation. They have instituted infanticide, sexual deviancy, and rampant vice and they enable and support most all-social aberrations that demean the human spirit. They promote sloth and dependence and inveigh against individual liberties that conflict with their political and social dogma. They have infiltrated all echelons of society - most especially the educational system - with their devastatingly erosive and corrosive isms. From the university level down to the lowest elementary grades their doctrinal programs have dulled young minds and inculcated unwise, unsound, and ungodly deviant morals and values in the youth of this nation.
Republicans, though they profess to a higher morality than their counterparts of the Democrat party, they are in fact no less destructive. Arguing the virtues of one over the other is akin to arguing whether the lion or the tiger is more or less dangerous, they will both kill you and devour your carcass. Republicans, though apt to be less immoderate than Democrats, are no less destructive of personal liberties and inimical to sound morality, they talk a good show, but display a shameful obsequiousness to their Democrat counterparts. They are compromisers on principle and facilitators of the Democrat social doctrines that rend the moral fabric of the country. The Republican Party is a pitiful bulwark indeed against the egregiously foul and nasty social curricula promoted and instituted by the Democrats and their societal comrades.
Fortunately the third group - Independents - has traditionally refused to slavishly embrace the political doctrines of either of the two national parties. They have however often shown, in national elections, to possess no more common sense than Republicans or Democrats. Their very real value is that they are far more effective in challenging government abuse and the overstepping of authority by elected and un-elected government officials. Unlike the slaves to the national parties, they will act aggressively and vigorously when either Republican or Democrat political office holders are goring their ox. It was this group of voters that turned the Bush Republicans out of office primarily due to his inaction to, and support of, the millions of illegal foreign interlopers that corrupted the social fabric of the country and bankrupted the treasuries of many state social welfare systems. It is these Independents that have precipitated the sudden and drastic plunge in the personal popularity of Barack Obama and the new lows in support for his policies. He is goring their ox - the national health care system - and they take angry exception to his machinations for National Socialism and all that it stands for.
Independents had turned to Barack Obama only as a change from the disastrous eight-year tenure of George W. Bush, a man who pushed the economy to the edge of collapse, a man who was instrumental in engaging the nation in two guerilla wars, a type of warfare at which the United States has never shined and a type of warfare that nullifies the great strengths of the American Military and militates for interminable conflict and unending costs in both lives and financial resources. He was also a man who refused to provide for the domestic tranquility by fortification of the borders, and one who was every bit as much of a disaster during his time in office as Barack Obama is today.
THIS SAVIOR HAS FALLEN
Barack Obama’s decline has been rapid and percipient, probably the only thing that has saved him from a more drastic fall in public esteem is an ever worshipful propagandist media and Republicans who, true to form, in their Herculean bent to appease socialist liberals haven’t the statesmanship, the intelligence, or the courage to stand on principle and oppose his Marxist policies.
An adoring liberal-socialist media and the mindless believers in Obama as savior have made much of his alleged brilliance, he is in fact possessed of an entirely normal intellect and is neither brilliant nor possessed of a mentally superior adeptness. He is entirely one-dimensional and incapable of thinking in abstract terms. His guiding light is his spouse who is what Jezebel was to Ahab, a not unintelligent evil spirit behind the throne. Michelle’s undisguised hatred of America and of the Caucasian race guides her thinking and ipso facto that of her husband. There can be no doubt that she was the guiding light responsible for her mate’s Marxist political appointees. Some speculate that Obama is the antichrist I don’t believe it. He hasn’t the cleverness, guile, or the complexity and quickness of mind of an antichrist. But, dear reader he has surrounded himself with those who do and they are, thanks to his guided appointments and the weakness of his political opponents in heading off those appointments, in critical positions at every level of government where they are systematically and incrementally installing a totalitarian Fascist/Marxist system in once was a Constitutional Republic.
If Mr. Obama were to read this writing he would be greatly offended. Not by my allegations of his political intent and Marxist leanings, because he is very transparent in that regard and unashamed of his political bent, but my questioning of his alleged brilliance and his mental adeptness would irritate him immensely, in point of fact it would absolutely infuriate him as he is a complete and perfect Narcissist - a true lover of himself.
In previous articles, both prior to his election and after, I have opined that Barack Hussein Obama is immature, inexperienced, untried, untested and wet behind the ears. He is in fact entirely shallow of character. Nothing he has done in his eight and one-half months in office has served to mitigate that assessment. His love of self dominates his every action and his every desire; he has not an altruistic bone in his body. He seeks always to escape responsibility and risk of failure with a continual exaggeration of his own qualities. To hear him tell it he is superior in every way and his infallibility is beyond question.
In his carefully choreographed public appearances, which are nauseatingly frequent, before selectively combed over hysterically rabid attendees one cannot fail to pick up on Obama’s conceit as he poses, preens, struts, mugs and pontificates. He can see himself in the monitors and his idealized image of himself dominates his performance from beginning to end. He will never admit failure, never accept criticism, and he will never credit those in opposition to his ideas and preferences with any credibility that might detract from his own self-perceived superiority. He is quick to demean his opponents and slow to commend the ideas of others. Like Adolph Hitler he has delusions of grandeur, but unlike Hitler this is attenuated by an insufficiency of superior intelligence and a lack of shrewdness. If the camera operators filming him were to indulge us with close-ups of his mug we would most likely find that Barack Obama has chapped lips from kissing mirrors.
WHO SAYS WE’RE OUT OF THE WOODS
Because of my criticism of those the Lord has chosen to rule over us with Godly direction, but who instead eschew that responsibility and corruptly guide our destinies in spiritually adverse ways, I have been at times accused of being unloving, unkind, and lacking in Christian love and charity. Actually I pay little attention to what the mere mortals who traverse this old globe for a short while think about me. What the Eternal Lord God of all creation thinks is what counts. I direct those who think that piety equates with service to the Lord to make a study of Elijah, a great servant of the Lord God Jehovah and one who was not disposed to beat around the bush in regard to sin, corruption of the soul, and an apostasy of faith in the sovereign God. It was his task, nay his absolute duty, to confront King Ahab and his treacherous wife Jezebel who were worshippers of Baal, despoilers of God’s word, and tyrannical abusers of the people under their control. According to the infallible word of God Elijah confronted both Ahab and Jezebel with their sins and corruption, mocked their false prophets and put four hundred fifty of those prophets to the sword. It is evident that Elijah put God before piety. (Will Elijah come again? He came 'out of the blue' last time and went the same way.)
Watching the secular media, and the know it all talking heads that they sponsor, trying to pull this nation’s irons out of the fire with words of assurance uttered to inspire confidence is entirely educational in regard to their nescience. Ever onward and ever upward is their motto, but only the most deceived and dedicated liberal clones manage to submerge their inner doubts and one senses in listening to the more knowing spokesmen the fearful trepidation behind their words. They have good reason for that apprehension and dread, this nation collectively appears to be well beyond redemption and the point of return. The end will be swift and it will be sudden.

All the main points here about Obama and his supposed brilliance I agree with, or, the alternative hypothesis is that his reason has been betrayed by his narcissism. He can't go to it now because he is too befuddled by the enormity of the tasks in front of him.

She did use to call herself a "bleeding-heart liberal", but she has toned down recently, tho she still retain some liberal thinking. She likes to call herself as a "classical liberal" in the lines of Thomas Jefferson's thinking.
In the last few years, she's been more racially aware, and this letter (to someone else) below reflects it:
The concept is interesting. One problem with it's presentation--it is both anti-white and anti-male. The same discussion of auto-genocide should be applied to the genocide of whites---the abortion rate, the emasculation of men so that they are deemed worthless to the family, and there is no discussion of what would happen if/when whites become the minority--no reference to the former Rhodesia, now Zimbabawe, no reference to increased criminal activity in any neighborhood that changes from predominantly white to increased minority presence, no discussion of the fact that hate-the-white-man rhetoric is fueling violence targeting whites--such as rape (white women are 200,000 times more likely to be victims of interracial rape than black women), the destruction of the family as the core of society. The anti-patriarchy rhetoric fuels hatred against people like my brother and my roommate--both good men who live their lives helping other people. I know what it's like to grow up in a family without a father--he died before I was two--I'll take my father back, thank you. Not to mention that without white people there is no westernization and there goes the intelligence and creativity around building infrustructure and the concepts of freedom and liberty--AND altruism. It is a fact that minorities are popping out 4, 5, 6 or more kids per family, and whites are not having babies--there are no Murphy heirs in my family, for example, and I'm the youngest. Whites won't have kids they can't afford, but are paying through the nose in taxes so that minorities can live on welfare, medicaid, and subsidized housing. The population of whites in America has dropped from 90% the year I was born to 60% now, and of the kids born living today, whites are the minority--that's not genocide? Do you really think minorities will have the same compassion for us that we have for them? The kids today face a hell of a lot of danger in the future--kill da white man by low-IQ black singers will be way more a reality than it is today. A hundred years ago 1/3rd of the world's population was white. Today it is 8%. Our numbers have gone down across the globe--whites are not replacing themselves because everywhere we exist we are fed self-hating rhetoric and the "minorities" are fed "hate da white man" BS and they believe it because they literally don't have the brains for critical thinking.
Minority populations are on the rise, not going down. As for the destruction of minority families and communities, all one has to do is look across the globe to their cousins and see behaviors there in Africa, South America, Mexico, the Middle East are actually worse than here in America. I have a white friend, a Dutch American, who's parents survived a concentration camp in Indonesia back during WWII. We don't know anything about it because they were whites imprisoned and genocided by Indonesian natives. The Dutch brought westernization to Indonesia--infrustructure, school systems--all those things American take for granted. Perhaps we should not have gone around the world to share that stuff. My friend told me the numbers of Dutch killed in Indonesia was actually worse than the reported holocaust--that more (white) people died in Indonesian concentration camps than in all the German concentration camps combined. I think the fact that the withholding of information like that adds to the blame of whites for whatever fictions of which we keep getting blamed.
Other than that, I think the argument of auto-genocide as something real is useful--it has to be applied to whites as victims of it as well. The way this is written actually contributes to the auto-genocide of whites. Especially the men--you and I are booty to the minorities.

THE TRUTH ABOUT THE HEALTHCARE BILLS ?
Well, I have done it! I have read the entire text of proposed House
Bill 3200: The Affordable Health Care Choices Act of 2009. I studied it
with particular emphasis from my area of expertise, constitutional law. I
was frankly concerned that parts of the proposed law that were being
discussed might be unconstitutional. What I found was far worse than what I
had heard or expected. (emphasis throughout this article are mine. deR)
To begin with, much of what has been said about the law and its
implications is in fact true, despite what the Democrats and the media are
saying. The law does provide for rationing of health care, particularly
where senior citizens and other classes of citizens are involved, free
health care for illegal immigrants, free abortion services, and probably
forced participation in abortions by members of the medical profession.
The Bill will also eventually force private insurance companies out
of business and put everyone into a government run system. All decisions
about personal health care will ultimately be made by federal bureaucrats
and most of them will not be health care professionals. Hospital
admissions, payments to physicians, and allocations of necessary medical
devices will be strictly controlled.
However, as scary as all of that it, it just scratches the surface. In fact, I have concluded that this legislation really has no intention of
providing affordable health care choices. Instead it is a convenient cover
for the most massive transfer of power to the Executive Branch of government
that has ever occurred, or even been contemplated.If this law or a similar
one is adopted, major portions of the Constitution of the United States will
effectively have been destroyed.
The first thing to go will be the masterfully crafted balance of
power between the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches of the U.S.
Government. The Congress will be transferring to the Obama Administration
authority in a number of different areas over the lives of the American
people and the businesses they own. The irony is that the Congress doesn't
have any authority to legislate in most of those areas to begin with. I defy
anyone to read the text of the U.S. Constitution and find any authority
granted to the members of Congress to regulate health care.
This legislation also provides for access by the appointees of the
Obama administration of all of your personal healthcare information, your
personal financial information, and the information of your employer,
physician, and hospital. All of this is a direct violation of the specific
provisions of the 4th Amendment to the Constitution protecting against
unreasonable searches and seizures. You can also forget about the right to
privacy. That will have been legislated into oblivion regardless of what the
3rd and 4th Amendments may provide.
If you decide not to have healthcare insurance or if you have
private insurance that is not deemed "acceptable" to the "Health Choices
Administrator" appointed by Obama there will be a tax imposed on you. It is
called a "tax" instead of a fine because of the intent to avoid application
of the due process clause of the 5th Amendment. However, that doesn't work
because since there is nothing in the law that allows you to contest or
appeal the imposition of the tax, it is definitely depriving someone of
property without the "due process of law.
So, there are three of those pesky amendments that the far left hate
so much out the original ten in the Bill of Rights that are effectively
nullified by this law. It doesn't stop there though. The 9th Amendment that
provides: "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not
be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people;" The 10th
Amendment states: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the
Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are preserved to the
States respectively, or to the people." Under the provisions of this piece
of Congressional handiwork neither the people nor the states are going to
have any rights or powers at all in many areas that once were theirs to
control.
I could write many more pages about this legislation, but I think
you get the idea. This is not about health care; it is about seizing power
and limiting rights. Article 6 of the Constitution requires the members of
both houses of Congress to "be bound by oath or affirmation" to support the
Constitution. If I was a member of Congress I would not be able to vote for
this legislation or anything like it without feeling I was violating that
sacred oath or affirmation. If I voted for it anyway I would hope the
American people would hold me accountable.
The Holy Spirit hasn't revealed to me when the Tribulation is coming but it is a mathematical certainty that unless this country repents and fundamentally restructures the way it does politics, government, money, and business the USA will collapse. Our own happy talk economists are now saying that when the economy recovers (a doubtful event any time in the next few years) economic growth going forwards will much slower than before. In fact the GDP is expected to grow slower than the growth in population. This means that the individuals in this country will get poorer and poorer! Unless government is willing to sacrifice itself for the "greater good" we need to factor in ever increasing taxes and debt service on top of ever decreasing individual income and savings. This has an inevitable bad end! The Roman economy utterly and permanently collapsed in 12 short years because of similar policies we have today!

The man who saw the meltdown coming had another troubling insight: it will happen again

Since the global financial system started unraveling in dramatic fashion two years ago, distinguished economists have suffered a crisis of their own. Ivy League professors who had trumpeted the dawn of a new era of stability have scrambled to explain how, exactly, the worst financial crisis since the Great Depression had ambushed their entire profession.
Amid the hand-wringing and the self-flagellation, a few more cerebral commentators started to speak about the arrival of a “Minsky moment,” and a growing number of insiders began to warn of a coming “Minsky meltdown.”
“Minsky” was shorthand for Hyman Minsky, a hitherto obscure macroeconomist who died over a decade ago.
Many economists had never heard of him when the crisis struck, and he remains a shadowy figure in the profession.
But lately he has begun emerging as perhaps the most prescient big-picture thinker about what, exactly, we are going through. A contrarian amid the conformity of postwar America, an expert in the then-unfashionable subfields of finance and crisis, Minsky was one economist who saw what was coming. He predicted, decades ago, almost exactly the kind of meltdown that recently hammered the global economy.
In recent months Minsky’s star has only risen. Nobel Prize-winning economists talk about incorporating his insights, and copies of his books are back in print and selling well. He’s gone from being a nearly forgotten figure to a key player in the debate over how to fix the financial system.
But if Minsky was as right as he seems to have been, the news is not exactly encouraging. He believed in capitalism, but also believed it had almost a genetic weakness. Modern finance, he argued, was far from the stabilizing force that mainstream economics portrayed: rather, it was a system that created the illusion of stability while simultaneously creating the conditions for an inevitable and dramatic collapse.
In other words, the one person who foresaw the crisis also believed that our whole financial system contains the seeds of its own destruction.
“Instability,” he wrote, “is an inherent and inescapable flaw of capitalism.”
So, the crash, the second crash, the commercial real estate crash, will real put out the lights on some of the elites.

Yes, Minsky studied debt bubbles, somthing that the dominant economists have pretty much ignored. Debt bubbles are far more destructive than the other kinds of bubbles. Debt bubbles have consequences ranging from regime changes to collapse of civilizations. They are really really difficult to fix once it has happened! Minsky's proposed solutions are hypothetical and might not have much positive outcome. The horse is out of the barn and given the extreme difficulty of the problem most ideas being floated concern fixing the barn door so whatever new horse we get it too won't escape.

Things are only going to get uglier over time. We have a would-be terrorists Muslim leading the nation. It's astounding how God foreknew what men would do and told it to the prophets thousands of years ago.
Some unprecedented news today, folks. Never in the history of the United Nations has a U.S. President taken the chairmanship of the powerful UN Security Council. Perhaps it is because of what could arguably be a Constitutional prohibition against doing so. To wit: Section 9 of the Constitution says:
No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.
Nonetheless, the rotating chairmanship of the council goes to the U.S. this month. The normal course of business would have U.S. Ambassador to the UN Susan Rice take the gavel. However, this time will be different. Constitution be damned, Barack Hussein Obama has decided to put HIMSELF in the drivers seat, and will preside over global nuclear non-proliferation and disarmament talks slated to begin September 24th. The Financial Times says:
Barack Obama will cement the new co-operative relationship between the US and the United Nations this month when he becomes the first American president to chair its 15-member Security Council.
The topic for the summit-level session of the council on September 24 is nuclear non-proliferation and nuclear disarmament – one of several global challenges that the US now wants to see addressed at a multinational level.
UN officials also hope a climate change debate on September 22 will give fresh impetus to the search for a global climate deal at Copenhagen in December. There are also hopes a possible meeting between Benjamin Netanyahu, Israeli prime minister, and Mahmoud Abbas, Palestinian Authority president, that Mr. Obama would host, could lead to a breakthrough about a timetable for Middle East peace.
Here is what the UN Security Council does. Picture Obama as the Chair of this committee with this power.
* to investigate any dispute or situation which might lead to international friction;
* to recommend methods of adjusting such disputes or the terms of settlement;
* to formulate plans for the establishment of a system to regulate armaments;
* to determine the existence of a threat to the peace or act of aggression and to recommend what action should be taken;
* to call on Members to apply economic sanctions and other measures not involving the use of force to prevent or stop aggression;
* to take military action against an aggressor;
* to recommend the admission of new Members;
* to exercise the trusteeship functions of the United Nations in “strategic areas”;
* to recommend to the General Assembly the appointment of the Secretary-General and, together with the Assembly, to elect the Judges of the International Court of Justice.
No American president has ever attempted to acquire the image of King of the Universe by officiating at a meeting of the UN’s highest body. Obama apparently believes that being flanked by council-member heads of state like Col. Moammar Qaddafi — who is expected to be seated five seats to Obama’s right — will cast a sufficiently blinding spell on Americans.
He undoubtedly hopes that the horrid state of the nation’s economy, turmoil over health care, and a summer of racial scapegoating will pale by comparison. This role as UN Security Council chair will allow him to make decisions, influence legislation and resolutions, and set the agenda.
Right Soup will be closely following this very unsettling turn of events. Like I always say, pay attention to what Obama DOES.

You know what just crossed my mind is the fact that some of these congresscritters, who are helping to pass these socialist bills - unless they are members of the elitist's class, are signing their own death warrants and that of their families.
Let's face it: most Americans live in a world of false security. This is somewhat understandable, given the fact that the majority of the U.S. population was born after 1945. Few remember the dangers and hardships of World War II; fewer still remember the Great Depression. Few Americans know what it's like to not have some sort of "supercenter" nearby with shelves stocked with every kind of food imaginable, twenty-four hours a day. Few know what life was like before there were restaurants of all sizes and types on virtually every street corner in America. And only a handful remembers when most roads were unpaved, or when sports were truly a pastime and not a megabuck obsession.
Modern living within the world's only "superpower" has created a giant unsuspecting, soft, lackadaisical, and lethargic society. We expect the government to keep our streets safe, our roads paved, our stores stocked, our jobs secure, and our enemies at bay. However, in the desire to make government the panacea for all our problems, we have sold not only our independence, but also our virtue.
Where the federal government was contracted (via the U.S. Constitution) to accept limited power for the overall good of both states and people, it has become a monster of gargantuan proportions, claiming authority over virtually every liberty and right known to man. And in the process, it decided it didn't need God, either
It is no hyperbole to say that the U.S. federal government has been on a "Ban God" bandwagon for the past 50 years. Whether it kicks prayer and Bible reading out of school, bars military chaplains from praying in Jesus' name, burns Bibles in Iraq, removes state supreme court chief justices from their positions for posting the Ten Commandments, or threatens high school principals with jail for asking the blessing, the federal government has invoked the judgment of Heaven upon our country as surely as did Old Testament Israel.
Although the comfortable, sports-crazed, TV addicts probably aren't paying attention, this country is on the verge of an implosion like you cannot believe. For anyone who cares to notice, the signs are everywhere.
First of all, Israel and Iran are on the verge of war. And right now, I'm not concentrating on the "why" or "who's right or wrong" of the equation. I'm simply telling you, war between Israel and Iran could break out at any time. And when it does, the chances that it will not become nuclear and not become global are miniscule. Yes, I am saying it: the prospects for nuclear war have never been greater. The CBS-canceled TV show, JERICHO, could become a reality in these United States in the very near future. (I strongly urge readers to purchase both seasons of JERICHO and watch them, because this could be our future.)
Secondly, America is on the verge of total financial collapse. By the end of this year, America's budget deficit will stand at around $2 trillion. The debt gap is many trillions more than that. But the nail in the coffin for America's fiscal health will be the decision by China to dump the U.S. dollar. Ladies and gentlemen, this will be the death knell for our financial stability (and a painful lesson in sowing and reaping).
It is estimated that China owns around one-third of all U.S. debt. If and when China dumps the U.S. dollar there would be nothing left to stabilize it, and Weimar Republic/Zimbabwe-style inflation will ensue. America will be thrust into financial chaos. (If one doubts that China is planning to dump the dollar, consider that China is currently purchasing and stockpiling gold at an unprecedented level. This is why gold has suddenly surged to over $1,000 per ounce and why it will continue to rise.)
Third, the paranoia regarding the Swine Flu being demonstrated by both government and media spokesmen begs a giant push for some type of "government solution." If they keep hyping this "pandemic," mass hysteria and fear (created by the government and its lackeys in the media) will result. This would, no doubt, necessitate some form of forced vaccination, quarantine (maybe this is what all those internment camps will be used for), and martial law.
Exactly how and when all of the above will actually materialize is yet to be seen. There is no doubt in my mind, however, that within the next few months, the world that we know today is going to vanish. And most Americans are totally unprepared for what's coming.
If you are able to get out of debt, do it. If you need to scale down your lifestyle in order to be better prepared for difficult days, do it. If you don't have guns and ammo, buy them. If you have not prepared some sort of preserved food pantry, do it. If you don't have some kind of survival plan in place for you and your family, get one. If you are not physically fit, get in shape. If you are able to move to a more secure, out-of-harm's-way location, do it. (During any kind of financial or societal meltdown, urban areas will quickly turn into war zones. Can anyone say, "New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina"?) In other words, get your nose out of the boob tube, get your bottom off the easy chair, and get busy.
Am I worried or discouraged? Absolutely not! (But I am preparing.) The potential good that may result from all of the above is that perhaps God will protect and raise up a remnant of people who would be willing to rebuild a place where Natural Law is respected, constitutional government is revered, and where a ubiquitous, loathsome, overbearing federal government is far, far away. You know, like America's Founding Fathers did 233 years ago.
In the meantime, get ready. It's going to be a rocky road.

It is a tragic story that "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof" means by some mightly twisted logic it is ok for our government to rule that religious expression and symbols can be prohibited in publicly funded events, spaces, buildings, and institutions. Politicians seem to make their decisions on this point based on whatever is convenient for them. For example the Obama White House will host and televise Islam celebration dinners, but cover up Christian symbols when he appears in public.
Money printing continues apace. According to Morgan Stanley:
Fed’s Treasury QE program which bought $164 billion Treasuries in Q2 (or close to 50% of the quarter’s net issuance)
So fully half of our US government borrowing was funded by printing dollars.
