We won't get you into trouble by starting a discussion about Sun Yat-Sen!
Phil, I intuit that you will find a connection at least to return to for the TCM, which, by the way, I couldn't decipher as an acronym the first day I looked at it. Ha!
A TCM guy might have a connection to one here in the US, though.

Sun Yat-Sen is the father of modern China and there is only one China of which Taiwan is a provence whos capitol is Beijing。
Last night we went to hear the Guangdong Traditional Music Orchestra

It was really good to see and hear live!
I’ve notice the elderly women here are incredibly spry。 Every morning I go for a stroll in the community park and do some people watching。 I‘ll see them in groups kicking a bean bag between each other。 Doing minor tia chi while standing or walking。 One old woman got out of her wheelchair and some sort of excersize using her walker! This moring I watch an amazing display of full Tai Chi by a woman who had to have been 70 years old。 She did stuff like one leg pointed straight out in front while bending the other knee。 SHe could raise her leg above her head。 All done very slowly and methodically。After about hald an hour, with a slap of her leg, she was finished and walked off pulling an empty shopping cart behind her。 Undoubtedly off to the market to have a live chicken gutted and chopped-up to take home and cook for breakfast。 They have small stones set in circular patterns so you can take off your sandals and walk on them。A very nice way to start off your day。

Phew, the most for me is a 10 hour flight from Manchester England to LA, USA.
I was truly frazzled, what with the eight hour time difference... worked well going there but coming back for the 1st week I was sleepy most days then wide awake at night.
What's the Jet lag situation for your trip?

| Yhere is exactly 12 hours difference between here in North Carolina and Guangdong China. Ugh... yesterday I went to work but the whole day was a miserable blur and I left early. Today is much better. I'm off to vote now. I'll talk with you all later.

Jet lag makes me nuts.
