Shunya Yamashita prefers the handsome knight over the Franzetta barbarian

Egads, it's my first wife! Do not want!  We could start a thread on scary bitches. LOL

Boris Vallejo paints like a realist.  I have a few paperbacks where he did the cover art.  I think you are judging biased on the age your stuck in, school of art and media of drawing/painting instead of the artists work itself and completely missing the cultural aspects - yet for sure Franzetta and Vallejo at 50 are superior to Yamashita at 20 - well duh! Thread over?  LOL.  We've all seen Franzetta and Vallejo soooo many times over the decades.  *snore*  Yeah, they are masters but jeesh broaden your horizon a wee it.  Make some room for the new (like something created the past 20 years! LOL) Lets compare everything with a past golden age of giants.  yawn, they have become yet another mass icon. Too boring to rehash the same old masters over and over.  Shall we compare and contrast them with Michelangelo's frescos?  He as been around a real long time so even old geezers who only listen to swing all day like him.    Come on dude! Keep up with the promising new artists!  ;)
